What is a tall cake?

A tall cake can have additional layers. For example, a standard cake has up to 2 layers of cake and one layer of frosting in between. A tall cake can have 3-4 layers depending on design.

How do I obtain a free quote/submit an order?

Allow 10 days prior for personalized baked goods, email sugardollcakery@gmail.com

Allow 3 days prior for section "SPECIALTY" baked goods
"days prior" means calendar days before the occurrence of the event, not the calendar date on which the event is scheduled to occur

My order is a minimum of 2 dozen items. What should I do? 
Email sugardollcakery@gmail.com immediately to ensure order can be fulfilled in time for your event

 

How do I determine if my order will incur a rush fee?

Rush orders incur an automatic fee of +$75 contingent upon schedule availability​​

Do you offer any discounts?
First time clients - delivery fee is waived within 40-mile radius
Active Service Members: Police/Fire/Military/EMT/ 15% off - send a copy of your ID

Do you include any additional service fees such as a tip?

No, the price quoted is for the cake only. All costs are identified on your Cake Contract. 

You can add or remove any items prior to check-out.

Fees range from $40 to $100, within a 40-mile radius of zip code 76107

Delivery outside of this radius is +$95 with additional $.55 per mile after the first 10 miles​
